Our professional French oyster knife is a short-bladed knife designed to perfectly shuck oysters. The tip is flat and pointed enough to penetrate the tightly closed hinge of the toughest oyster shell, but rounded enough that it doesn’t cut into the oyster’s flesh.
Supplied in a variety of random colours, the bright handles make the knives easy to spot on the shore or the cutlary draw.
