Serving & Culinary Suggestions

These oysters are a gourmet’s delight—ideally enjoyed simply, to let their natural qualities shine:

  • Serve fresh and raw on the half shell with a few drops of lemon juice, Tabasco or a classic mignonette.

  • For a slightly elevated experience, enjoy larger specimens grilled—topped with garlic butter and herbs or a classic Rockefeller.

  • Their bright sea flavour also pairs beautifully with crisp white wines (think Muscadet, Chablis) or a dry sparkling, as well as mineral forward craft beers.

Number 2 are the mainstay of our oyster range. A classy, deep cupped oyster with a combination of fresh sea aromas and a deep sweet flavour profile.
